Il giovane Kim è l’erede di un capo spirituale in un regime totalitario. Innocente, Kim si ritrova proiettato a capo del paese nonostante voglia solo divertirsi. Il paese assume completamente un nuovo volto.
The young Kim is the heir of a spirital chief in a totalitarian regime. Innocent, Kim finds himself propelled to the head of the country however he just want to have fun. The country takes a completely new visage.
